Luxury Line

Weeks of work, in one glass.

Most of what you pay for happens before any drink reaches your guest's hand. This is what happens in the weeks before.

The first cocktail moment
01
The Discovery

It starts with a question.

Before logistics. Before dates. Before pricing.

Do you want custom cocktails designed by hand, selected to color palette, made from fresh ingredients, infused to exact specs to make one of a kind drinks?

If the answer is yes, the work begins immediately. Not after a signed contract. Not after a deposit. The discovery call ends. Two weeks of unpaid creative work starts.

Colors are mapped. Cocktail concepts are drafted. Direction, build, custom creations, garnish ideas, glassware, timing. Every decision considered for your night specifically.

Two weeks later, a written strategy document arrives. Built for your wedding, not someone else’s.

Then a second call. Details aligned. Structure locked. Payment moves forward.

02
The R&D

The Lab.

Once the contract is signed, the work begins.

The work in the lab

The Lab is where every drink for your event gets built. Once. Twice. As many times as it takes. The balance has to land. The color has to hold. The garnish has to belong. The first sip has to say everything the menu promised it would.

No drink reaches your event that hasn't been perfected here first.

I know when the drink is right. That's why they pay us.

03
The Flavor

Made by hand.

Every syrup, built from raw ingredients. Not a bottle off the shelf.

Raw ingredients combined and infused for a specific flavor profile that fits into the drink for balance, and for what the couple wants for their own specific cocktail. A signature drink is only as good as what goes into it. The syrup is where the flavor identity lives.

The Inputs

Every input, chosen.

Nothing defaulted. Nothing settled.

A cocktail lineup with garnish detail
◆ Citrus
Fresh, cold pressed.

From a specialty supplier. Pressed by hand for every event.

◆ Herbs
Fresh herbs.

One to two days ahead for syrup infusions. Day of the event for garnishes. The flavor profile is built before your drink is poured.

◆ Spirits
We tell you what to buy.

You buy the alcohol. Every bottle selected for price point and drink balance, tuned to the menu we're building for you. A generic liquor list isn't a recommendation. This is.

◆ Glassware
Every glass supplied.

The Signature Glass, a real rocks or Collins for every guest's first drink, included. Real glassware all night, available as an upgrade.

05
The Standard

The palate that builds it is the palate that approves it.

Every drink, tasted before it earns its place on your menu.

You're not hiring us to confirm we can make a drink. You're hiring us to make the call that the drink is right.

06
The Night

The bartending is the easiest part.

By the time the bar opens, the work is already done.

The night in service

Hours on site before guests arrive. Longer if the night calls for it. Coolers, bar equipment, ice well, every bottle and tool laid out the way the menu needs them to be.

If the venue has a bar, we work it. If they do not, we bring our own.

Setup is the hardest part of the day. The bartending is the shortest, and the easiest, because everything that goes into it has already been built.

What guests see is professional class execution. Drinks in their hand at the quality the menu promised, with custom presentation planned for your event specifically. Garnish. Glass. Pour. Hand off. Each one designed before the night, executed in a few seconds during it.

By the time you taste the drink, weeks of work are already in the glass.

The First Sip

When their eyes change.

You know.

They know.

No words are necessary after that.

They come after anyway.
